Job summary

ICBC Turkey Bank is seeking a teammate for the Individual Banking Unit at the Ankara Branch. You will serve existing clients and contribute to growth while upholding applicable laws and internal policies.

Open to recent graduates or candidates with prior experience in individual and/or SME banking and marketing, the role requires a solution-minded approach, strong communication, teamwork, and English proficiency; Chinese is a plus. This position does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent fields.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the satisfaction and continuity of existing customers.
• Representing the bank appropriately and professionally.
• Fulfilling duties in accordance with applicable legislation and the bank’s internal policies and regulations.
• Conducting customer visits in line with the target customer segment and the bank’s marketing and sales strategies.
• Evaluating potential customers in accordance with the bank’s customer acceptance and working criteria.
• Acquiring new customers through market research, customer analysis and benchmarking.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Contributing to the achievement of individual and team marketing and sales targets.

• Strong interest in developing a career in individual, SME banking and marketing,
• Solution and target-oriented approach with strong persuasive communication skills,
• Good command of written and spoken English; Chinese is strong plus,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Prone to teamwork and collaboration.
