Responsibilities

• Prepare and conclude sourcing contracts optimizing conditions while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

• Support global methods, processes and systems (P2P, procurement guidelines, IT systems) for efficiency and compliance.
• Negotiate to achieve highest possible savings.
• Collaborate with internal customers to ensure early involvement and care.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include preparing and concluding sourcing contracts based on customer requirements at the most beneficial conditions whilst ensuring quality and on‑time delivery.

• Implementing commodity strategies to ensure long‑term, cost‑efficient supply of indirect materials.
• Contributing to implementation and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. compliant Purchase‑to‑Pay (P2P) process, Procurement guidelines, IT systems).
• Preparing and conducting negotiations to obtain highest feasible savings
• Ensuring a close cooperation with Internal Customers (requisitioners) to ensure customer care and early involvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in strategic indirect material procurement.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Experience in supplier management and contract negotiations

Your attributes and skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong supplier communication and follow‑up skills
• Excellent command of English
• Ability to effectively use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in daily business processes, leveraging AI for data analysis, reporting, research and improving process efficiency
• Male candidates should complete the military service requirements
