Job summary

Siemens Healthcare Saglik Anonim Sirketi is seeking a Junior Buying Professional to manage end-to-end procurement processes from sales phase through delivery and handover. You will convert requisitions to POs in SAP, coordinate local and international transport, and ensure on-time delivery to warehouses, sites or customers.

The role requires 2–5 years in procurement, a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong English skills, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, preferably in an operational purchasing role
• Solid understanding of operational procurement and purchase order management processes

Responsibilities

• Converting indirect procurement requisitions into purchase orders in SAP and following up on order changes
• Coordinating local and international transport to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Ensuring goods/services are delivered to warehouse, site, or customer on time, complete, and in compliance with requirements
• Preparing and regularly distributing order follow-up reports for all Project and business unit orders

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire process starting from the sales phase, conducting site assessments and preparations, planning and tracking the installation and commissioning of the sold equipment, and finally ensuring its handing over to the Customer.

• Converting indirect procurement requisitions into purchase orders in SAP and following up on order changes.
• Coordinating local and international transport to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensuring goods/services are delivered to warehouse, site, or customer on time, complete, and in compliance with requirements.

• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

• Ability to effectively use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in daily business processes, leveraging AI for data analysis, reporting, research and improving process efficiency
• Male candidates should complete the military service requirements
