Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Buying Professional to join our global team in Turkey. You will oversee the entire procurement process from sales phase to installation handover, coordinating transport and PO management in SAP.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, has 2–5 years in procurement or supply chain, and excels in English with ERP experience. AI tools to improve processes are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, preferably in an operational purchasing role.
• Solid understanding of operational procurement and purchase order management processes.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong supplier communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process from sales phase through site assessment, installation planning and handover to the customer.
• Coordinate local and international transport to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure goods/services are delivered to warehouse, site, or customer on time, complete, and compliant with requirements.
• Prepare and distribute order follow-up reports for Project and business unit orders.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire process starting from the sales phase, conducting site assessments and preparations, planning and tracking the installation and commissioning of the sold equipment, and finally ensuring its handing over to the Customer.

• Converting indirect procurement requisitions into purchase orders in SAP and following up on order changes.
• Coordinating local and international transport to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensuring goods/services are delivered to warehouse, site, or customer on time, complete, and in compliance with requirements.
• Preparing and regularly distributing order follow-up reports for all Project and business unit orders.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field
