Job summary

Çelik Motor is seeking a Business Development & Reporting Specialist / Senior Specialist to support the CEO Office in driving strategic objectives through development initiatives, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

The role requires an analytic mindset, strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel), and ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior management across the Automotive Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably in automotive, business development, strategy, reporting, audit, or process improvement functions.
• Advanced command of English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong reporting and presentation preparation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into business outcomes.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities.
• Ability to contribute to business model development and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor business development activities and related projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, After-Sales, Human Resources, and Legal to ensure effective project execution.
• Conduct research on potential business opportunities and strategic partnerships aligned with company objectives.
• Support ecosystem analyses, market research, and product positioning initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments and prepare relevant reports.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and periodic management reports.
• Support Board of Directors and executive management meetings through reporting, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Track strategic initiatives, monitor milestones, and report progress, risks, and action items.
• Collect, analyze, and present data for executive presentations, strategic roadmaps, and business models.
• Coordinate Automotive Group committees and monitor decisions, recommendations, and action plans.
• Contribute to identifying and developing synergy opportunities across group companies.
