Kraft Heinz Turkey is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Executive based in Istanbul (Akmerkez Office). You will join the Controlling team and handle daily accounting and reporting tasks to support high-quality financial statements.

You will manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and IFRS. Collaboration with auditors and internal teams is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance or accounting.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting, financial reporting or audit experience.
• Knowledge of local statutory requirements and IFRS is preferred.
• Experience in a multinational company is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes with timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, provisions and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting requirements and tax regulations.
• Support statutory financial statements and reporting packages.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on aged items.
• Verify general ledger accuracy and proper accounting treatment.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits.
• Collaborate with Controlling, FP&A, Treasury and Tax teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Support audit processes with documentation and explanations.
• Promote internal controls and continuous improvement in accounting processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and standardisation in reporting.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and reporting needs.
