Job summary

Manpower Türkiye is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a flagship fashion retail operation. You will lead store operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while achieving KPI targets.

You will coach and develop the leadership team, manage recruitment and performance, plan staffing, and collaborate with merchandising and cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of service and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Store Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong sales and business acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
• Experience leading retail teams.
• Fluent English and Turkish required.

One of our global clients operating in the premium fashion retail industry is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its flagship retail operations!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall store operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of store KPI's and business objectives
• Coach, mentor and develop the store leadership team and sales associates through continuous feedback and training
• Manage recruitment, performance evaluations and succession planning for the store team
• Analyze business performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans to maximize results
• Plan workforce requirements and ensure effective scheduling and resource allocation
• Monitor market trends, customer expectations and competitor activities to support business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high operational and visual merchandising standards
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction, teamwork and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Store Manager or similar leadership position within a structured retail environment
• Strong business and commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience leading, coaching and developing retail teams
• Fluent English and Turkish are required
