Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Store Manager for the Adana Demo Store to lead a high-performance team and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will set targets, coach managers, monitor KPIs, handle escalations, and partner with local HQ to execute merchandising and operational standards, including security and loss prevention. Fluent English and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years of team management experience.
• Advanced level of English.
• Solid retail management experience in high-performance, customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Find and act on new opportunities to increase sales and profits.
• Proactively feedback and share recommendations to management.
• Recruit, coach, and develop store managers and future leaders.
• Set team and individual targets, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Drive store performance metrics (profit, conversion rate, NPS, AOV).
• Maintain store readiness and adherence to policies, security, and loss prevention.
