Job summary

Sephora Turkey is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to optimize stock operations across our store network, ensuring inventory accuracy, training, and stores performance.

You will lead cycle counts, audits, and post-count actions, coach store teams, and develop training programs in line with Sephora Global & Local Audit guidelines, with frequent store visits across the Turkish retail network. Advanced English is required, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail stock operations.
• Experience in training, coaching, or onboarding retail teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accuracy, shrinkage management, BOH standards, and stockroom best practices.
• Train new joiners and support store teams with development programs.
• Conduct periodic store visits to audit performance and provide on-site coaching.
• Lead physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and recount processes with post-count action plans.
• Ensure Sephora Global & Local Audit guidelines are followed for Stock Operations.
• Serve as first point of contact for stock operations inquiries and training in stores.
