Job summary

Sephora Turkey is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to oversee inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and stockroom standards across our retail network.

You will train new joiners, support store teams, conduct on-site audits, and lead cycle counts with post-count action plans.

This role requires advanced English, travel to stores for audits, and a passion for developing operational excellence within a global beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Retail Management, Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of retail stock operations.
• Experience in training, coaching or onboarding retail teams.
• Analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel and SAP.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel for store support and operational audits.
• Advanced English speaking; additional languages are a asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accuracy, shrinkage management, BOH standards, and stockroom practices across the retail network.
• Train new joiners and support store teams; create development programs.
• Conduct periodic store visits to audit operational performance and coach on-site.
• Lead physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and recounts; provide post-count analysis and action plans.
• Ensure Sephora Global & Local Audit guidelines are followed for Stock Operations.
• Be the first contact for store inquiries on stock operations and prepare training reports.
• Develop and implement training programs for stock operations staff and new joiners.
