Job summary

Huda Beauty in Turkey is seeking a Sales & Education Executive to drive commercial performance through retail sales, education, events and in-store execution.

The role requires Turkish as native language and English at a professional level, 5+ years in beauty retail (Sephora experience preferred), and up to 80% travel across the region. You will build relationships with store partners and lead regional trainings and events to boost brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Turkish as native language and English professional level are required.
• Experience in beauty retail sales with Sephora background is preferred.
• Experience in multi-site training/education in store, classroom and large-scale events.
• Strong written and oral communication in Turkish and English, with organization and time management.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work in fast-paced retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor retail performance and use sales data to identify opportunities across the territory.
• Drive retail sales by leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Develop and execute regional business plans and seasonal launches.
• Train and onboard agency teams; manage in-store events and masterclasses.
• Provide commercial feedback and report weekly on achievements and plans.
