Job summary

Huda Beauty in Turkey is seeking a Sales & Education Executive to drive commercial performance through retail sales, education, events and in-store execution across the territory. The role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to build lasting relationships with store and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Turkish native language and English professional level are required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty retail sales, Sephora experience preferred.
• Experience in multi-site training in store, classroom and large-scale conventions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor retail performance and use sales data to identify opportunities and drive regional performance.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving commercial targets.
• Develop and execute regional business plans, identify opportunities through market trends and competitive analysis.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners to maximise brand visibility and sales.
• Plan and support in-store events and consumer masterclasses to drive awareness and ROI.
