Job summary

Ford Otosan is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer in Turkey to oversee facility and equipment maintenance, ensuring reliable production through TPM and disciplined maintenance practices.

You will manage maintenance technicians, coordinate spare parts, and lead safety compliance while driving continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from universities Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Very good command of English.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Teamwork oriented with strong communication and analytical thinking; thrives in a workshop environment.
• Military service completed (for male candidates).

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair activities to ensure efficient operation of machines with planned maintenance practices.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with standards, time plans and safety requirements.
• Monitor failure frequencies and work on preventing failures to shorten recovery times.
• Coordinate maintenance workers and manage safety and workshop labor.
• Inspect equipment protection systems for process and occupational safety.
• Organize TPM activities and manage spare parts consumption and stock levels.
• Lead collaboration with production and maintenance teams; participate in Industry 4.0 developments.
• Oversee maintenance management systems and prepare unit instructions and procedures.
