Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in industrial automation and maintenance, automotive experience preferred.
• Strong experience with Siemens PLC/HMI systems and industrial communication.
• Experience with industrial robots, servo systems, and machine control.
• Knowledge of digitalization, data acquisition, SQL, Python/PHP/HTML.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good English.
• MS Office proficiency; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of automation systems on highly automated assembly lines.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and permanent technical solutions for automation-related breakdowns and recurring failures.
• Develop and maintain PLC, Robot, HMI, servo, machine control software, and industrial communication systems.
• Standardize automation software, control systems, documentation, backups, and automation components across production equipment.
• Support the installation, commissioning, modernization, and improvement of machinery from an automation perspective.
• Drive automation-related continuous improvement, obsolescence management, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and training to maintenance teams.
• Drive digitalization and data-driven improvement through machine connectivity, data acquisition, dashboards, and database-based applications.
