Job summary

Kalyon İnşaat is seeking a Proposal & Tender Specialist/Assistant Specialist to monitor national and international tenders, review bid documents, and support documentation and translations throughout the tender process.

The role requires a relevant engineering degree, strong English skills, and experience with MS Office, with travel and collaboration across global teams as part of international bids.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor national and international tenders daily; analyze opportunities and prepare reports.
• Review tender announcements, prequalification and bid documents; perform compliance checks.
• Prepare and update prequalification and technical bid documentation.
• Assist in converting financial offers into submission-ready formats per tender specs.
• Provide technical translation and content adaptation support through the tender process.
• Represent the company in international tender presentations and meetings; prepare minutes and translated documents.
• Coordinate tender documentation with project teams.
• Support participation in international consortiums.

We are currently looking for a “Proposal & Tender Specialist/ Assistant Specialist” to join Kalyon İnşaat, one of the Group Companies of Kalyon Holding.

Responsibilities

• Monitor national and international public and private sector tenders on a daily basis, analyze tender opportunities, and prepare reports.
• Review tender announcements, prequalification documents, and bid documents in detail and conduct compliance checks.
• Prepare and update prequalification and technical bid documentation.
• Support the conversion of prepared financial offers into submission-ready formats in accordance with tender specifications.
• Conduct technical-level correspondence with domestic and international partners and provide technical translation and content adaptation support throughout the tender process.
• Represent the company, when required, in international tender presentations and meetings; prepare meeting minutes, records, and translated documents.
• Manage tender documentation in coordination with project teams.
• Provide coordination support for the company's participation in international consortiums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering/science discipline.
• Basic knowledge of public procurement legislation and international tender procedures and standards, such as EKAP, FIDIC, EBRD, and IsDB; willingness to learn and develop in the field.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills.
• No restrictions on international travel.
• For male candidates, completed military service or a minimum of 2 years of military service deferment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
