Job summary

Beko Corporate in İstanbul—Çayırova is seeking a Specialist Engineer - R&D to contribute to digital modeling, CAE activities, and innovative product development within the R&D Directorate.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Eng., with a preference for a Master's degree in progress. You will work with internal stakeholders to advance home appliance R&D projects and ensure timely documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Eng. Dept.
• Experience in project-based R&D environments, preferably in home appliances.
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles, structural analysis, and product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on digital modeling and CAE tool usage (HyperWorks preferred) and AI-based design tool benchmarking.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure project milestones are met and manage CAE activities of the squad.
• Ensure technical documentation, patent applications, and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare design studies, experimental setups, test plans, and evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support innovation and product development within the Tribe's squad.
• Execute and improve assigned R&D projects.

We are looking for a passionate Specialist Engineer- R&D who will join our team at R&D Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Follow up on digital modeling and structural design activities and CAE tool usage (Hyperworks preferred), AI-based design tool benchmarking, and implement CAE Modelling Ecosystem
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure project milestones are met and be responsible CAE activities of the squad.
• Ensure technical documentation, patent app, and reporting are completed accurately and on time,
• Prepare Design studies, experimental setups, test plans, and evaluation reports for the relevant squad,
• Work actively with internal stakeholders to support innovation and product development, following the structural design process within the relevant Tribe's squad
• Be responsible for executing and improving assigned R&D projects.

The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul.
