Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Turkish with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or similar recommended.
• Proven experience managing multiple client-focused IT or transformation projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, risk management, and budget tracking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.

In this role, you will manage technology transition projects using agreed project management methodologies, ensuring delivery stays aligned to scope, timeline, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client transition and internal IT infrastructure projects, from initiation through closure and operational handover.
• Plan, execute, and monitor technology transition projects within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
• Maintain project plans, governance, documentation, communication plans, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, workstream leads, subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and IT operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, costs, and contingency actions while supporting client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Turkish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple client-focused IT, technology transition, or transformation projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, risk management, budget tracking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder influence, conflict resolution, and cross-functional team coordination skills.
