Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end PM activities within the Systems and Solutions Türkiye division, specializing in automation, electrification and digitalization for heavy industries.

The role requires 5+ years as a PM in industrial sectors, strong technical knowledge of automation and drive systems, and fluency in English; travel nationwide/international and SAP/Autocad/Primavera experience are valued. Innomotics offers a competitive salary and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electrical‑Electronics Engineering (MBA is an advantage).
Minimum 5+ years as a Project Manager with full responsibility in industrial sectors (minerals, cement, mining, oil & gas, etc.).
Experience with instrumentation, process automation, MV & LV switchgear, transformers, diesel gensets, UPS.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects end-to-end following PM@Innomotics standards.
Plan, execute, and monitor scope, schedule, budget and resources.
Ensure quality and regulatory compliance; lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
