Job summary

Hayat, a leading FMCG company, invites applications for a Senior Electrical Automation Maintenance Engineer in İzmit, Turkey. You will lead maintenance and repairs of electrical and automation systems to ensure continuous operation and efficiency.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 4+ years in electrical-automation maintenance, Siemens PLC expertise (S7300/S7400, S71500), Drive and HMI, and English fluency; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
4+ years in electrical-automation maintenance.
Fluent in English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance and repair of electrical and automation systems to ensure continuous operation.
Prepare and execute periodic and preventive maintenance plans.
Design and implement preventive and corrective maintenance activities for breakdowns.
Monitor and analyze daily breakdown reports to identify root causes.
Drive improvements to increase equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
