Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive our service business across Spain and Portugal. You will cultivate customer relationships, promote service solutions for vacuum pumps, and push multi-year maintenance agreements.

You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with Service, Marketing, and commercial teams to meet targets and deliver customer-focused solutions. Based in Spain with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in industrial contexts.
• Residence in the assigned area (Spain).
• Ability to travel 50–60% of the time within the territory.
• Degree or diploma, preferably technical.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of English.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential customers across the territory to hit sales targets.
• Visit customers to understand needs and promote service solutions using sales tools.
• Promote medium- and long-term service solutions, incl. multi-year maintenance agreements.
• Record commercial activities in the CRM and maintain a clear sales funnel with follow-ups.
• Build a network of key contacts to strengthen loyalty and identify new opportunities.
• Handle leads from various channels and RFQs, driving opportunities to close.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives for service products.
