Job summary

POWER TK AŞ, the authorized Perkins distributor in Türkiye, seeks a Service Sales Engineer for our Diyarbakır team to drive service sales and customer development across the region. The role spans construction equipment, agriculture, and power generation sectors, requiring travel within the region and collaboration with Service, Workshop, Parts, and Finance teams.

Experience in technical sales, service sales or after-sales support.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and develop service sales opportunities.
Promote and sell service contracts, preventive maintenance, overhaul, spare parts and non-warranty services.
Manage the service sales cycle from opportunity identification to order closure.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with teams for follow-up and receivables.
Maintain accurate CRM entries of visits, opportunities and sales activities.
