Job summary

POWER TK AŞ, the authorized Perkins distributor in Türkiye, seeks a Service Sales Engineer to join our team in Diyarbakır and drive service sales and customer development across the region.

We operate in construction equipment, agriculture, and power generation sectors, delivering Perkins engine solutions and after-sales services. The role requires travel within the region and collaboration with Service, Workshop, Parts and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics or related field.
• Experience in technical or service sales, preferably B2B in equipment sectors.
• Strong customer relationship, communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset with business development ability and problem solving.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Based in Diyarbakır or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and develop service sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell service contracts, maintenance and parts services.
• Manage the service sales cycle from opportunity to order closure.
• Prepare quotations and monitor opportunities, orders and receivables with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, opportunities and sales activities in CRM.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Prepare sales forecasts and maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline.
• Collaborate with Service, Workshop, Parts and Finance teams for customer service and project execution.
• Aim to achieve annual service sales and revenue targets.
