POWER TK, the authorized Perkins distributor in Türkiye, is looking for a Service Sales Engineer to join our team in Diyarbakır and drive service sales and customer development activities across the region. Qualifications

• Experience in service sales or account management in industrial sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into service opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs and develop service sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell service contracts, preventive maintenance, overhaul, spare parts and non-warranty services.
• Manage the service sales cycle from opportunity identification, quotation and negotiation through to order closure.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities, orders and receivables in coordination with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate customer visits, opportunities and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Prepare sales forecasts and maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline.
• Work closely with Service, Workshop, Parts and Finance teams to ensure effective customer service and project execution.
• Contribute to achieving annual service sales and revenue targets.
