Job summary

POWER TK AŞ, part of the FÉTIS Group, is seeking a Service Planning Engineer to coordinate service operations between field teams and workshops in the Istanbul area. The role focuses on planning field service requests, organizing teams, and improving efficiency of service delivery.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical or automotive background with 5+ years in diesel engines or related industrial machinery, plus strong planning, coordination, and documentation skills to ensure safe and compliant

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or related technical field.
Additional training in diesel engines, power gen systems, or service ops is a plus.
Minimum 5 years in diesel engines, generator systems, heavy equipment or industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

Plan field service requests and organize the relevant teams.
Analyze technical failure reports and define intervention plans.
Coordinate field interventions and workshop repair processes simultaneously.
Prepare and monitor daily and weekly schedules of technician teams.
Plan engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities.
Ensure accurate documentation of work orders, service reports and technical records.
Contribute to continuous improvement of service operations efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and workshop standards.
Manage operational tracking through ERP and service management systems.
