Service Engineer - Kiln Specialist Engineering That Performs. Partnerships That Last.
For over 140 years, Fuller Technologies has refined processes, solved complex challenges, and worked alongside customers to make plants run cleaner and more efficiently. Our success comes exactly from this dual strength — engineering that performs, and relationships that last.
When you join Fuller, you join a company that backs your expertise and supports your growth. You’ll be part of a global organization that values collaboration, invests in its people, and builds opportunities that last — for customers and for your career.
Our Service Engineers are mostly based on-site at cement plants, primarily across Turkey, with opportunities to travel globally as required. This is a full-time, highly field-oriented role involving approximately 70–80% travel (around 180–200 travel days per year). You will provide comprehensive technical support for rotary equipment, including cement kilns, rotary drums, coolers, and dryers, covering installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Combining hands‑on technical expertise with strong customer relationship management, you will help ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. Working both independently and closely with plant teams, contractors, and technical colleagues at the head office, you will troubleshoot complex equipment failures, implement preventive maintenance programs, and contribute to continuous improvements in plant operations across a global customer base.
You will join the Turkey office, which is part of the EMEA Pyro and Grinding Service Execution Team, a customer‑focused team responsible for delivering a wide range of mechanical services across the region, including troubleshooting, installations, inspections, maintenance, and technical support. The department works closely with customers to understand and respond effectively to their needs, often operating in dynamic and challenging environments. Collaboration, flexibility, and a strong customer focus are at the heart of the team, enabling us to deliver reliable service solutions and support our customers’ operations wherever they are.
