Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a Service Engineer - Kiln Specialist to support rotary equipment at cement plants in Turkey, with 70–80% travel. The role combines hands-on technical work with strong customer relationship management to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

You will work in the Turkey office as part of the EMEA Pyro and Grinding Service Execution Team, collaborating with project teams and customers globally to deliver reliable service and continuous improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on field service or commissioning experience.
• Experience with rotary systems in cement or heavy industrial plants.
• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical inspections and site assessments prior to installations and maintenance.
• Oversee equipment installation, alignment, and assembly at customer plants.
• Perform startup and commissioning of new systems and related components.
• Conduct performance testing and validate against technical specifications.
• Prepare detailed commissioning reports documenting activities and actions taken.
• Train customer personnel on operation and emergency procedures during startup.
