Job summary

Yazaki North America, Inc. in Tuzla, Istanbul, seeks a Senior Warehouse Operations Specialist to lead and optimize warehouse processes. You will implement flows, train logistics providers on SAP EWM, RFID, and related systems, and act as a key user for SAP EWM and ECC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university.

• Proficient in Power BI; Power Apps is an asset.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Analytical thinking with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; flexible.
• Male candidates should have completed military service.

Responsibilities

• Implement warehouse operations flows and train logistics providers on new systems such as SAP EWM and RFID prior to SOP.
• Serve as key user for SAP EWM and ECC.
• Coordinate with IT for SAP bottleneck support.
• Meet internal and external customer demands related to SAP and external integrations.
• Support an efficient warehouse operation to meet targets.
• Coordinate with 3PL and customer service teams to align shipping priorities.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly data analyses and cost reports.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and 5S initiatives.

We are looking for Senior Warehouse Operations Specialist for our logistic office for Tuzla- İstanbul Location.

What will your job be about?

• Responsible for implementing warehouse operations flows, training of logistics provider in terms of new systems; SAP EWM, RFID before SOP,
• Take responsibility like a key user in SAP EWM and ECC systems
• Contact with IT to have necessary supports in case of any bottleneck in SAP system
• Meet the demands of internal and external customers regarding SAP and external system integrations,
• Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation which is able to fulfil, operational and customer demand and meet set targets,
• Communicate with logistics service provider on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities, targets and operational requirements,
• Preparing and presenting weekly/monthly periodic data analysis and cost reports,
• Collaborate with Operation, 3PL, and customer service teams to align shipping priorities,
• Maintaining warehouse organization, cleanliness and security, actively contributing to 5S initiatives,

• Bachelor’s degree Engineering department of reputable universities.
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in similar positions
• Proven user skills in Power BI, Power App is an asset,
• Advanced level of Excel and other MS Office Applications
