Job summary

Yazaki North America seeks a Senior Warehouse Operations Specialist at our Tuzla/Istanbul logistics hub to optimize warehousing processes and ensure timely, accurate material flow.

You will lead SAP EWM/ECC key-user activities, mentor providers, and coordinate with IT, 3PL, and customer service to meet targets while upholding 5S and safety standards.

Strong Excel, Power BI, and RFID exposure, plus English fluency, are required to deliver data-driven insights and cost reports weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
• 2–4 years of experience in similar roles.
• Extensive SAP experience as a Key User (MM); Power BI / Power Apps advantageous; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement warehouse operations flows, training logistics providers in SAP EWM and RFID before SOP.
• Serve as key user in SAP EWM and ECC systems.
• Coordinate with IT to address SAP bottlenecks and support needs.
• Meet internal and external customer demands regarding SAP and external system integrations.
• Maintain efficient warehouse operations to fulfill and meet targets.
• Communicate with logistics service providers to align priorities and requirements.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly data analyses and cost reports.
• Collaborate with Operations, 3PL, and Customer Service to align shipping priorities.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness and 5S initiatives.
