Job summary

TotalEnergies in Istanbul, Turkey, seeks a Vendors QC Inspector to oversee supplier fabrication, inspection, and testing in a large onshore project. You will verify ITPs, QCPs, hold/witness points, and ensure proper documentation and NCRs where needed.

Expect a minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas or heavy industry with CSWIP 3.2.1, NDT Level II, and a strong focus on quality control, welding, coatings, and compliance with international codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or heavy industry with large-scale projects.
• CSWIP 3.2.1 welding certification and NDT qualifications are required.
• Fluent English is mandatory; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vendor manufacturing, inspection, and testing comply with contract, standards, and ITPs/QCPs.
• Issue clear inspection reports and verify Hold/ Witness/ Surveillance points.
• Maintain material traceability and manage documentation like MTC/EN 10204.
• Coordinate with vendors, main contractor, and third-party inspectors and ensure timely feedback.
