Job summary

You will align sales and architecture teams, define high‑level designs, and ensure security and performance meet client needs. You will collaborate with presales, security, and operations to translate business goals into technically sound architectures, document scope, and support delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contact center solutions/services.
• Strong knowledge of networks, telephony, security, and application services.
• Proven solution architecting experience in multi-channel environments.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a gateway to Concentrix’s technology offerings for sales and delivery teams.
• Define high‑level, integrated IT solutions covering infrastructure and security requirements.
• Collaborate with presales, architecture, and operations to validate designs.
• Document scope and high‑level architecture for project teams.
• Ensure solutions meet client business, security, and regulatory needs.
