Job summary

HH Global is seeking a Technical Buyer to drive sourcing for permanent POSM and retail fixtures. You will manage supplier networks globally, read technical drawings, and coordinate with design, engineering and production teams to deliver on-time projects.

In this role you will lead RFQ processes, optimize pricing, and ensure smooth handovers from prototyping to production, overseeing the entire supply chain from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical buying for POSM and retail displays.
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOMs.
• Experience sourcing outsourced manufacturing capacity.
• Knowledge of materials (wood, metal, plastic) and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing RFQ and tender processes from spec to award.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work across engineering, design and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Add value to projects by challenging norms and driving cost outcomes.
• Ensure contractually compliant pricing and on-time delivery.
• Lead tenders and RFQs with robust analytics and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Client Engagement, Design and Engineering teams on briefs and timelines.
• Source from direct manufacturers to optimize cost, quality and logistics.
• Oversee prototyping and handover to production management.
