Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Technical Account Manager based in Ankara, with hybrid work combining remote and client visits. You will lead architecture, planning, and management of professional services engagements focusing on data protection, availability, and data analytics.

Strong consulting, PM, and virtualization expertise are required. The role requires deep familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V, networking, and enterprise apps, plus excellent communication in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology required; experience considered.
• Hands-on experience with Veeam’s Core products and consulting.
• Proven Consulting and Project Management experience.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware/Hyper-V.
• Networking protocols and equipment experience.
• Enterprise applications (Exchange, SQL, Oracle) experience.
• Business proficiency in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Help write proposals and Statements of Work.
• Support delivery and consulting services for Veeam solutions.
• Provide project guidance: plans, schedules, communications.
• Assist with design assessments and post-install issues.
• Estimate solution implementation effort.
• Create guides, best practices, and documentation.
• Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on Veeam solutions.
• Document configurations and completed activities.
• Analyze environments and optimize Veeam configurations.
• Coordinate with client and Veeam support.
• Identify additional client needs for Veeam solutions.
• Contribute to process and documentation improvements.
• Overnight travel to meet goals.
