Job summary

APRO is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, implement, and optimize VMware VCF-based solutions for enterprise customers. Based in Istanbul with hybrid work options, the role requires leading solution architecture and deployments, migrating workloads, and aligning with existing infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in PS consulting, deep VMware expertise, cloud/data center experience, and strong English communication for stakeholder engagement. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a PS Consulting role or similar.
• Strong VMware virtualization design and enterprise-scale implementation expertise.
• Experience with cloud and data center solutions including storage, backup/restore, and network virtualization.
• Windows and Linux server administration, scripting (PowerShell or Python), and performance tuning.
• Security and compliance for virtualized environments including access control and monitoring.
• Proven consulting skills: requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and customer communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative work style; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize VMware VCF-based solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead solution architecture and deployment, migrate workloads, and integrate with existing infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership, produce documentation and best practices, deliver workshops/trainings.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and customer stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Stay current with VMware by Broadcom product updates and industry trends.
