Yapı Kredi Teknoloji, süreç mimarisi ve analitiği konusunda yetkin bir uzman arıyor. Bankacılık süreçlerinin modellemesi ve iyileştirilmesi için İngilizce iletişim ve analitik yaklaşım gerektirir. Uluslararası ekiplerle çalışma ve proje bazlı seyahatler beklenir.

Bu rol, hibrit çalışma modeline uygundur ve Koç Topluluğu ailesinin teknoloji kariyer yolunda gelişim fırsatları sunar. Adaylar, süreç odaklı iyileştirme projelerinde liderlik yapabilirler.

Qualifications

• Bankacılık süreçlerinde en az 4 yıl deneyim.
• İletişim ve sunum becerileri güçlü, analitik ve yaratıcı düşünebilen adaylar.
• Uluslararası ekiplerle çalışabilme yeteneği ve proaktif yaklaşım beklenir.

Responsibilities

• Müşteri odaklı süreçler için mevcut Faktoring, Leasing, Core Banking, Dijital Bankacılık, Kredi, Hazine ve E transfer süreçlerini modellemek ve iyileştirmek.
• İç ve dış müşteri ihtiyaçlarını analiz etmek ve süreçleri bu ihtiyaçlara göre tasarlamak.
• İş birimleri tarafından talep edilen süreç iyileştirme islerinin olgunlaşmasını sağlamak.
• Risk içeren süreçlerin tespit, değerlendirme ve izlenmesini sağlamak; gerekli durumlarda aksiyon almak.
• Süreç geliştirme fırsatlarını araştırmak ve süreçleri iyileştirmek için hareket etmek.
• Müşteri deneyimi, küresel/yasal mevzuat, piyasa dinamikleri ve teknolojik gelişmeleri süreçlere gird olarak kullanmak.
• Süreçlerin uçtan uca izlenmesini sağlayacak sistem geliştirmeye katkı sağlamak.
• Düzenli olarak yabancı bankalara (YK Nederland, YK Bank Deutschland ve YK Bank Azerbaijan) ziyaretler yapıp gözlemlemek ve iyileştirme alanlarının uygulamasını sağlamak.

We're in need of a Process Architecture and Analytics Specialist who identify areas where businesses can improve processes and workflows in order to remain competitive in the finance sector.

Qualifications:

• Preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics and related fields of universities
• Minimum 4 years of experience in banking processes,
• Effective and strong communication skills,
• Analytical and creative thinker, result oriented,
• Problem solving skills and innovative perspective,
• A great team player with a proactive approach,
• Strong follow-up and reporting skills,
• Fast learner and curious mindset,
• Excellent presentation skills,
• Excellent proficiency on MS Office,
• Ability to work abroad and with global teams,

Job Description:

• Modeling and improving the Factoring, Leasing, Core Banking, Digital Banking, Credit, Treasury and Money Transfer processes of our subsidiaries in English and Turkish within methodological standards,
• Analyzing internal/external customer needs and designing processes according to customer needs,
• To ensure the maturation of process improvement requests demanded by business units.
• Identification, evaluation and monitoring of processes that contains risk. Taking action in necessary cases,
• Investigate process improvement opportunities and take action to improve processes,
• Ensuring that customer experience, global / local laws and regulations, market dynamics, and technological developments are used as input in processes,
• Contribute to system development that will ensure continuous end-to-end monitoring of processes,
• Periodically traveling to our foreign banks (YK Nederland, YK Bank Deutschland and YK Bank Azerbaijan) and observing the development and improvement areas on the spot. To ensure the implementation of identified improvements.
