Job summary

Oredata is seeking an experienced pre-sales and solution engineering professional to drive customer-facing engagements across the EMEA region. You will translate complex requirements into compelling proposals, lead technical sessions, and articulate the business value of our digital transformation offerings to executive stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, enterprise customer exposure, and hands-on cloud knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably 10–12 years.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, solution consulting, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Confident in leading customer meetings, presentations and technical discussions.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them in a simple, structured and persuasive manner.
• General knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into appropriate solution proposals.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor of the sales team throughout the sales cycle including RFI/RFP process.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, technical presentations, workshops and product demonstrations.
• Present solution capabilities, business value proposition and key differentiators in a clear and compelling manner to managers, directors and C-level executives.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals and customer-facing solution documents.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and other technical teams to shape the most suitable solution.
• Address customer questions and concerns with a solution-oriented and consultative approach.
