Job summary

Muller’s Solutions is seeking a motivated Presales Consultant to join our sales team and engage with clients to understand business requirements and position the right technology solutions.

You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to craft technical and commercial proposals, deliver product demonstrations, and support the sales cycle from qualification through proposal submission, ensuring client value is clearly demonstrated.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Presales, Solution Consulting, or Solution Architect role.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, OpenText, Boomi, Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP or Salesforce.
• ERP or enterprise software experience highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation.
• Experience preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Conduct discovery sessions and gather customer needs.
• Design and present solution proposals aligned with customer requirements.
• Prepare presentations, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and technical documentation.
• Deliver product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to develop solution architectures.
• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay updated on market trends and enterprise technology solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and technology partners.
