Job summary

TrendAI, the global AI security leader within Trend Micro, seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer in Turkey to bridge Sales and customers and to guide deployments of Trend AI security solutions.

You will lead technical workshops, PoCs, and ensure alignment of security architecture with customers' needs, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams. Fluent English required; Turkish market experience valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Experience in customer-facing solution design, demonstrations, workshops and PoCs/PoVs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, security architecture and threat landscape.
• Knowledge of Cloud Security, IAM, CNAPP and EDR/NDR concepts.
• Good understanding of AWS and Azure; 365 and Google Cloud knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey from discovery to onboarding and success.
• Design practical, scalable security solutions addressing business and technical requirements.
• Partner with Sales to communicate security value and win opportunities.
• Lead technical workshops, PoCs/PoVs and customer evaluations.
• Train and enable channel partners and system integrators to deliver TrendAI solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Support to ensure strong product knowledge and outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of cybersecurity technologies including CNAPP, XDR, and EDR/NDR.
