Job summary

FIT Global, a Netherlands-based SAP Development Partner, seeks a Senior SAP SD Consultant to join our Istanbul team and work with technical teams in Türkiye on international projects.

You will analyze business needs, configure SAP ECC/S/4HANA SD processes, and drive pricing, invoicing, and returns initiatives. Collaboration with ABAP/Fiori teams and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SD experience with ECC or S/4HANA and SD-MM integration.
• Strong understanding of sales, delivery, billing, pricing, and SD-FI integration.
• Experience in pricing, invoicing, or returns within complex business processes.

Responsibilities

FIT Global, a Netherlands-based SAP Development Partner with over two decades of expertise in industry-specific and customer-focused solutions, is looking for a talented Senior SAP SD Consultant to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye, working closely with our technical teams based in Türkiye and supporting our international projects.

We deliver SAP-certified solutions for equipment management and rental companies, helping our customers optimize pricing, improve sustainability, and increase profitability throughout the lifecycle of their equipment.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SD, with knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA and SD-MM integration.
• Good understanding of sales, delivery, billing, pricing, and SD-FI integration processes.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Pricing, Invoicing, or Returns, ideally within complex business processes.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Experience in functional configuration, documentation, testing, and issue analysis.
• Good communication and analytical skills, with a good command of English.
• A bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in the automotive, construction, or heavy equipment rental industry is a plus.

Areas of Expertise

Candidates are expected to bring experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Pricing procedures, condition techniques, and calculation routines.
• Rental and sales pricing, including lump-sum, weekly pricing, and surcharges.
• Intercompany pricing and complex pricing rules.
• Translating complex calculation requirements into clear functional specifications for ABAP developers.

2. Invoicing

• Periodic billing and collective invoicing.
• Invoice splitting, cancellations, and billing corrections.
• Advance payments and deposits.
• SD-FI integration and related billing processes.

3. Returns and Logistics Integration

• Customer returns and their impact on sales, billing, and cancellations.
• Processes involving missing or damaged equipment, refurbishment, and customer-owned materials.
• Inventory management and warehouse processes, including MM-IM, LE-HU, stock movements and reversals, stock types, plant transfers, Handling Units, inventory counting, and grading.
• EWM integration, including monitoring process flows, checking document and stock consistency, and analyzing integration issues.
• End-to-end functional delivery, including configuration, business rule definition, functional specifications, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaboration with ABAP and Fiori teams to follow up on developments and deliver functional solutions.
