Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to architect and build AI agents with Salesforce Agentforce, driving scalable and high-performance solutions. You will lead a small team, collaborate with architects, gather requirements, and deliver enhancements while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 6+ years in Salesforce development, 1+ year in leadership, and strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flow and RAG processes. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in implementing AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Experience configuring agent reasoning, guardrails, action frameworks and workflows.
• Design prompts and instruction frameworks for AI agents.
• Expertise in optimizing agent responses with data retrieval and contextual grounding.
• Skills in monitoring and tuning performance of AI agents.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Flow and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Collaborate with architects and team members to align solutions with business goals.
• Gather requirements and report progress in project discussions.
• Manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving priorities.
