Job summary

Element4 Group in Türkiye seeks an experienced International Sales Manager to drive new business in European and US markets, with on-site presence in Marmara region.

You will identify new clients, prepare quotations with operations, close contracts, and collaborate with R&D to develop new product ideas for export. Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in sales are required.

Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at Element4. The candidate will be responsible for developing new clients, turning them into sales opportunities, and eventually signing contracts.

While the candidate will be involved in Element4’s existing product line, he/she will primarily be responsible for developing new lines of business and products for export to European & U.S. markets.

This Job Entails:

• Researching target markets and developing sales channels to bring in new clients and orders,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administrative Sciences, Engineering, or related fields,
• Proven experience and track record in international sales with at least 7 years of experience,
• Ability to develop new sales channels and come up with new product ideas,
• Experience in manufacturing is beneficial,
• No restrictions on international travel and a valid driver’s license,
• Comfortable with frequent international travel and being regularly on the road.
