Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Sales Manager – Implants to lead the implant business in Istanbul. You will drive sales targets, coach the team and strengthen relationships with dental professionals to grow market share.

Ideal candidates will have proven sales leadership in dental or medical devices, strong industry knowledge and the ability to drive long-term partnerships. Willingness to travel within Türkiye is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, dentistry or related field.
• Proven sales leadership experience in healthcare or dental industry preferred.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Istanbul sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to deliver objectives.
• Monitor performance, pipeline quality and forecast accuracy; implement action plans.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer value and commercial discipline.
• Ensure effective territory coverage and accurate resource allocation.
