Job summary

Straumann Group in Tekirdağ, Turkey is actively seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to promote our premium dental implants and biomaterials to dentists, clinics, and labs, while supporting clinical cases chairside. You will build lasting relationships, deliver training, and collaborate with Clinical Education, Customer Service, and Marketing.

This role requires travel within the region and strong communication skills. Fluency in Turkish is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in dental, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales.
• Willingness to attend clinical procedures chairside with dentists.
• Fluent in Turkish; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Straumann Group products to dental professionals within the assigned territory.
• Attend and support clinical cases directly with dentists to ensure optimal product usage and outcomes.
• Provide product training, demonstrations, and technical support to customers.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Clinical Education, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Keep CRM systems updated with accurate customer interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in local and national congresses, events, and workshops representing Straumann Group.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the region.

• Customer-centric mindset with high adaptability and learning agility.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
• Fluent in Turkish; English is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel within the assigned region.
