Job summary

Straumann Group, a global leader in tooth replacement and orthodontic solutions, seeks a Sales Representative in İstanbul to promote premium dental implants and biomaterials to dentists, clinics, and labs. You will attend cases chairside and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires a minimum 1–3 years in dental/medical device sales, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel within the region. On-site work with a competitive salary and incentives awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in dental/medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Willingness to attend chairside procedures with dentists.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Straumann Group products to dental professionals within the assigned region.
• Attend and support clinical cases with dentists to ensure optimal product usage.
• Provide product training, demonstrations, and technical support to customers.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Clinical Education, Customer Service, and Marketing teams.
• Keep CRM updated with customer interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in local and national congresses, events, and workshops representing Straumann Group.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the region.
