Job summary

Straumann Group in Turkey is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell our premium dental implants and biomaterials to dentists, clinics, and dental labs, while attending clinical cases to provide technical support. You will develop long-term customer relationships, train customers, keep CRM updated, and participate in local events to grow the business within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Dentistry, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, or Business preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in dental/medical device/pharma sales.
• Willingness to attend chairside clinical procedures with dentists.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with adaptability and learning agility.
• Fluent in Turkish; English is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Straumann Group products and solutions to dental professionals within the assigned territory.
• Attend and support clinical cases directly with dentists to ensure optimal product usage and outcomes.
• Provide product training, demonstrations, and technical support to customers.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Clinical Education, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Keep CRM systems updated with accurate customer interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in local and national congresses, events, and workshops representing Straumann Group.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the region.
