Job summary

MicroStrategy seeks a Sales Engineer for Turkey to design and present analytics solutions on the Strategy platform. You will work with customers and international teams to demonstrate value, deliver tailored demos, and build PoCs that validate business outcomes.

The role requires strong pre-sales experience, deep IT/BI knowledge, and fluency in Turkish and English. Remote-friendly with global collaboration and frequent partner engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, solution consulting, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (databases, data warehouses, cloud, security).
• Hands-on with BI/Analytics/Data platforms (Strategy, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, etc).
• Proficient in SQL and data modelling; experienced with web APIs/integration.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and cloud concepts.
• Proven track record delivering technical presentations and demos to varied audiences.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions that demonstrate the value of the Strategy platform.
• Prepare and deliver tailored demonstrations (onsite and remote).
• Build PoCs to validate customer use cases and success metrics.
• Address technical objections and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into solution architectures and handover to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Partners to drive enablement and ensure smooth adoption.
• Help drive pipeline with thought leadership and technical marketing content.
