Job summary

AloTech, a cloud-native CCaaS platform provider, seeks a Business Intelligence Manager to lead data strategy and analytics across Türkiye, the Gulf region, and international markets.

You will own data infrastructure, oversee BigQuery structures and ETL/ELT pipelines, ensure data reliability, security, and scalable reporting for stakeholders. The role requires strong SQL, AI tool experience, team leadership, English proficiency, and a collaborative approach to turning data into strategic actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer/Engineering/Math/Stats/MIS).
• Proven BI/reporting experience with strong SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in business workflows is mandatory.
• Experience leading BI teams and prioritizing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reporting requests, determine suitable models and data structures.
• Set priorities for BI team, create work plans and coordinate activities.
• Plan initiatives to reduce reporting costs and improve profitability.
• Ensure continuity, performance and reliability of BI reporting products.
• Lead data infrastructure development to support data-driven decisions.
• Oversee BigQuery structures, ETL/ELT pipelines and data flows.
