Analog Devices, Inc. in Istanbul, Turkey seeks a Senior RFIC Design Engineer to drive IC design for RF blocks, including beamformers, mixers and amplifiers across multiple processes.

You will work independently or with limited direction, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to cross-functional projects. The role requires strong RF fundamentals, S-parameters knowledge, experience with Cadence, ADS, EMPro or HFSS, and a track record of tape-out.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred; PhD a plus).
• Typically 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of S-parameters, transmission line theory, and RF networks.
• Ability to innovate, design, simulate, and verify circuit performance at transistor and behavioral levels with strong RF fundamentals.
• Experience in Cadence and ADS; EMPro and HFSS preferred.
• Demonstrated IC tape-out experience; RF test equipment and characterization a plus.
• Motivated, results-driven, organized with good writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take calculated risks.

Responsabilidades

• Integrated circuit design at transistor level for RF blocks.
• Design evaluation, including first-silicon characterization and detailed analysis.
• Design and development for RF products with various process and packaging technologies.
• Problem resolution for issues requiring analysis of identifiable factors, developing approaches and recommendations.
• Project contributions and leadership, representing the organization on projects and, as needed, taking on a project leadership role.
• Cross-functional communication, including effective group communication and frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.
• Documentation, preparing required documentation and reports for product development.
• Mentorship, supporting the career growth and technical development of lower-level employees.
