Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 6 years in financial analysis, feasibility studies, budgeting, profitability analysis, and business development.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support feasibility studies for planned and developing projects.
• Collaborate with departments to improve profitability of operations.
• Support profitability analyses of existing branches and reporting to management.
• Assist in tender preparation and execution for new projects.
• Contribute to growth strategies and sustainable initiatives.
• Identify strategic needs through profit & loss analyses, competitor research, and concept evaluation.
• Evaluate concepts for potential brand value during development.
• Conduct consultancy firm research during concept development and coordinate with external firms.
• Analyze investments and prepare reports to aid senior management decisions.
• Support franchise acquisition discussions and reporting to senior management.
