Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant commercial real estate experience, preferably in retail agency and tenant representation.
• A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Strong knowledge of the Istanbul retail real estate market and an active network of prospective clients.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English; professional proficiency in Turkish is required for the local market.

Responsibilities

• Originate new business through proactive development, networking and the effective use of existing client relationships.
• Advise clients on retail leasing, tenant representation, lease renewals, subleases, terminations and property disposals.
• Implement site selection strategies and conduct property searches for occupier clients.
• Create and execute marketing and leasing strategies for retail properties and portfolio projects.
• Manage leasing assignments from initial instruction through property search or marketing, viewings, negotiations, documentation and completion.
