You will advise occupiers, owners, investors and developers across industrial assets, manage transactions, and conduct market research to support leasing and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant real estate or related field.
• Strong business development, client relationships and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and reporting skills.
• Professional proficiency in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Originate new business, identify market opportunities and build long‑term relationships with occupiers, owners, investors and developers.
• Advise clients on leasing, acquisition and disposal of industrial and logistics properties.
• Manage transaction processes from client engagement through negotiations to completion.
• Conduct site selection, location analysis and market research for logistics facilities.
